TCF Bank Stadium is an open-air stadium located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota, USA, just outside downtown Minneapolis. The Shingle Creek Regional Trail branched off from the Rush Creek Regional Trail at Noble Parkway and leads east on the road to Minnesota State Fairgrounds and south to St. Paul, then south again to Rochester and back to New Hope, the second largest city in Minnesota. For those commuting between Brooklyn Center and Robbinsdenes, it offers an easy and scenic route through the parks and recreational areas of the city.
